Our Team

The Owl Robotics Competition Team is a Registered Student Organization (RSO) at Kennesaw State University, absorbed on behalf of the Southern Polytechnic State University merge in 2015. Formally known solely as the VEX Robotics Team, our organization expanded into Owl Robotics as we focused on encouraging students to explore other competitive opportunities in robotics. Today we help students flourish in both VEX and Combat Robotics, working as an organization to establish a presence in an ever-changing industry.

Our Mission

Our goal is to support the students at Kennesaw State University by cultivating innovative and competitive ideas that challenge the standard of robotics. We aim to become a large interdisciplinary organization that can support all students regardless of major, as long as they are willing to learn and eager to take their skills out of the classroom and into real-world applications.
